Initially the unit was sent to Perth and so CrazySales cancelled and refunded that unit and I then ordered another which came on the date stated with tracking number and vision of how far delivery was away.Once I had the problem of no delivery of the first item the communication was quick to provide updates on second item. Overall happy with the purchase and service provided
