  Very Happy with this fireplace delivery arrived quicker than I thought. The look is perfect for my lounge 140sqm. To get maximum warmth You will need to close your curtain or blind on glass windows. My kids now can enjoy the lounge in this winter.

  Initially the unit was sent to Perth and so CrazySales cancelled and refunded that unit and I then ordered another which came on the date stated with tracking number and vision of how far delivery was away.Once I had the problem of no delivery of the first item the communication was quick to provide updates on second item. Overall happy with the purchase and service provided
