  I bought two of these pillows and find them wonderful for eradicating neck pain that comes with so many other pillows. Good for side sleepers and tummy sleepers. They would probably be good for back sleepers too with the shape they hold but Im not one of them. The only downside is their small size. They are about 23 to 34 the size of a normal pillow so no pillow slip will fit them properly. Two options fold the pillow slip over and pin into place with safety pins OR buy two pillow slips and sew them to fit. While one pillow slip is in the wash the second one can be on the pillow. It suffices. And worth it for easing all those neck-pain headaches from badly designed pillows.

  Was a lot smaller than I expected... Not a normal sized pillow...
