This unit arrived in Nov 2022. First used around 12 Dec 2022. Initially this unit which I bought for dehydrating chillies worked flawlessly. The second time I tried to use it in early Jan 2023 the unit failed to stay on for the time I set. In fact it would generally only stay on and heat for around 12 minutes. I asked for a refund and after I cut the power cord and showed pictures of the unit in the garbage bin did I get my full refund. The refund only took a few days before appearing in my account. I think I was just unlucky and got a bad unit. Hats off to the team at Crazy Sales for their prompt email replies and returning my payment plus freight. Good job lads. Just do the same for the rest of your customers if they have genuine faults with any of your products and you will gain both their respect and appreciation.
