I have had a spinal fusion for the past 13 years and i bought this 10cm thick memory foam topper to go on top of my brand new medium density pillow top matress because it was still too hard and uncomfortable for me. I slept on it for 2 days before going for a lumbar disectomy to release my siatic nerve from a pesky bulging disk. For the past 2 years of siatic pain ive barely had any sleep definately couldnt sleep on my bed so this topper came right on time. Its been 1 week since my operation. I can now sleep on my bed i can now sleep through the night it appears to be a bit cooler than my regular matress my shoulders are not hurting any more my neck isnt hurting i dont loose circulation in my arms no more. My hips dont ache anymore. You do have to wake up a touch to roll over because it hugs you a little but thats ok because its good to be aware of how your sleeping position is otherwise if you sleep in any position not being aware of it you end up waking up sore and in pain. This memory foam topper was the best thing ive ever bought. It was fast delivery. Not damaged at all. The slight odor went away after a day. Its perfect for me and my back issues. Thankyou.
