We received our order in a timely manner and the item was exactly as described. Unfortunately one of the seats had a small tear when we opened it up. CrazySales were great in their assistance in securing a replacement stool seat from the supplier who initially wanted to negotiate a discount settlement. The replacement was received in a prompt manner.
