very easy to assemble looks great all the powertrain equipment is roughly the same colours which makes my home gym look great no cons about this item except it defiantly licks your butt but pretty sure thats what its meant to do delivery a nightmare not just having to wait for a long time for me to receive it along with an exercise bike and complete home gym a lady was the courier who rocked up at 8pm and couldnt help with the lifting so i being a 42 year old woman having to somehow drag it off the van and into my house so thumbs up for crazy sales massive thumbs down to Allied
